a list bc I haven’t updated in awhile and feeling lazy

  • camera on my phone hasnt been saving pics so I haven’t uploaded anything

  • getting two (three if I can afford it) teeth extracted tomorrow.  Only local anethestic bc I’m poor. 
  • That means needles entering my gums numerous times
  • I am on the brink of a panic attack thinking about it
  • back story- I knocked out a couple teeth in college, freak umbrella accident, and had to have two teeth cut out and two root canals done.  Local anethesetic only.  Most painful thing ever.
  • happy for C’s birthday this weekend.  Small party, cupcakes and ice cream.
  • I just watched True Life : I’m breaking up with my best friend.  Cried like a baby.

UMMMM, I am wearing my pre-baby-during-working-out-like-a-mad-woman khakis!  I tried them on a month or so ago and was barely able to button them.  No where neeeear walking out of the house with them on.

Got em on today! Wearing them out to work today!  So excited for today!

(granted, they are a bit snug through the legs but were always tighter there and the many lower body workouts I have coming my wasy will take care of that)

progress not perfection

I am still doing well with the whole lifestyle change thing.  I realized today that I hadn’t walked/jogged in almost a week so I went out with C for an hour walk tonight.  I have been doing strength training stuff but not every day.  Soooo my exercise has been slacking but my nutrition has been pretty great.  Many veggies, some fruit and not much of anything processed or junky.

Getting on the scale Friday, hoping for good things.
